Proposed updates to Lobbyists’ Code of Conduct to face House Ethics Committee scrutiny in 2023

A 'cynicism around the revolving door between corporations, lobbyists, and political parties' may be addressed through review of the Lobbyists' Code of Conduct, according to the NDP ethics critic.
Lobbying Commissioner Nancy Bélanger released a proposal for changes to the Lobbyists’ Code of Conduct on Nov. 25. The House Ethics Committee will study these proposed changes in 2023.
