Speculation starts about a potential cabinet shuffle 

'January is a good time for a reset because it sets the table for the year and then you get your cabinet in place for the upcoming federal budget in the spring,’ says Nik Nanos, chief data scientist for Nanos Research.
The House is scheduled to adjourn for the Christmas break on Dec. 16 and will return on Jan. 30. Some political insiders are speculating that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau could shuffle his cabinet before the House returns after a six-week break for its winter sitting in late January.
