Speculation starts about a potential cabinet shuffle

With the House scheduled to adjourn for the Christmas break on Dec. 16, speculation has already started about the possibility of a cabinet shuffle prior to the start of the winter sitting of Parliament at the end of January, say Liberals and senior political strategists.
