‘A very hard struggle’: embattled Ukraine ‘fighting for democracy,’ says country’s chief justice

Canada is in a position to assist Ukraine and its judiciary, and to push for initiatives that increase transparency, build trust, and promote the rule of law, says Canadian Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Wagner.
