The federal Public Order Emergency Commission appears to be treating the Freedom Convoy protesters with kid gloves. Headed by Justice Paul Rouleau, the commission has offered full standing to the Freedom Convoy protesters through the Alberta-based Canadian Constitution Foundation. That group's intervention will be eligible for thousands of federal dollars under the Treasury Board's inquiry funding guidelines.
