House should return to in-person sittings this fall, keep hybrid as a back-up

Just before the Commons adjourned on June 23 for the three-month summer break, Liberal, NDP, and Green MPs voted to extend the hybrid Parliament until June 2023. For the sake of Parliament and for a more robust democracy, most MPs should return to in-person sittings in the fall instead.
