Hard-hit downtown Ottawa businesses looking to rebound after COVID, convoy shutdowns

Liberal MP Yasir Naqvi says 'the pandemic and the lockdowns have had a huge impact on businesses' in downtown Ottawa, but he's spoken to many business owners in his riding who are optimistic about the future and are hopeful the economy will open up again soon.
