Disability groups still waiting for most parties to address accessibility

Advocates say they are the largest minority in Canada. Some groups say that in the long run they are 'the minority of everybody,' as the policies they are fighting for will impact everyone at some point in their life.
Carla Qualtrough, minister of employment, workforce development and disability inclusion, says that the Accessible Canada Act is 'probably the most significant advancement in human rights for people with disabilities since the Charter,' but there always remains room for improvement.
