Delayed results, mail-in ballots, and COVID rules: Elections Canada reveals pandemic plan this snap election

Elections Canada says it is preparing for between 2.3 million and up to five million mail-in ballots, depending on COVID-19 case numbers. That’s a dramatic increase from the 50,000 postal ballots received in the 2019 election.
