Arigato Canada, a friend indeed
On the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake, I believe that Japan should repay Canada’s generous support by paying forward to help our friends in their efforts to improve their own safety and stability.

It was in the afternoon of March 11, 2011, that the Great East Japan Earthquake, with a magnitude of 9.0, shook Japan. Tsunamis washed over cities and towns, destroyed 400,000 homes and killed 19,000, pushing 470,000 people into shelters.
