If ever there was a time to develop this talent pipeline, it is in the middle of an economy-destroying pandemic. We need to be ready to bounce back strongly when the disease is behind us.

Any true economic recovery from the pandemic will inevitably be led by business. Just as every downturn is first felt on Main Street when the lights begin to go out, every recovery starts when the 'open' signs begin reappearing in shop windows.
