We can and must build back better, but we need better analysis to make a difference

The Industry Strategy Council, like the Business Council of Canada, and other groups offering advice, are, like the government itself, failing to provide the analysis we need for policies that would actually make a difference. That’s a big problem and dooms us to second-best policies.
