NDP House Leader Peter Julian says a unanimous consent motion would allow committees, including those that were tasked with probing the deal with WE, to pick up where they left off.
The Liberals may not have the numbers in a minority Parliament to overwhelm the opposition’s push to revive stalled committee probes in the WE controversy and other matters, but parliamentary experts say there are a few ways they can “monkey wrench” the effort.
