Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shuffled his cabinet last week after Bill Morneau resigned his position as finance minister following a series of media leaks from Liberal insiders who said he was at odds with Mr. Trudeau. Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland was appointed as the new finance minister. Dominic LeBlanc has been appointed as the minister of intergovernmental affairs.
