Black Caucus still waiting for government action on racial justice

Prorogued or not, Independent Senator Rosemary Moodie says the government has 'had months to respond in a substantive way and any continued delay should not be wholly blamed on prorogation.'
NDP MP Matthew Green, Liberal MP Greg Fergus, chair of the Black Parliamentary Caucus, Senator Mobina Jaffer, and Senator Rosemary Moodie issued a declaration in early June, calling on the government to address anti-Black racism.
