Chamber of Commerce warns Trudeau, premiers incoherent approach to defining essential services could affect supply chain

In a letter to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and premiers on Monday night, Chamber of Commerce president Perrin Beatty said governments should put forward a uniform definition of what is considered essential, regardless of whether they decide it is necessary to invoke the federal Emergencies Act.
