Take nation-to-nation approach, First Nation tells feds, as it seeks equal say on 100 Wellington’s future

Ottawa announced in 2017 that 100 Wellington St., situated across from Parliament Hill, the building will be transformed into a site dedicated to Indigenous peoples. The future of the site is still being negotiated, as the Algonquin seek an equal stake alongside the three national Indigenous organizations.
