Representatives of Innovation Minister Navdeep Bains have sent the National Post a notice of libel following a Nov. 30 report that says the RCMP is looking into a land deal in Brampton, Ont., after confidential information was passed to Mr. Bains and now-Independent MP Raj Grewal
