NDP MP Nathan Cullen was named the Parliamentarian of the Year on Nov. 5 at the Château Laurier. He has previously won the Best Orator and the Most Knowledgeable awards.
Although everyone cheered loudly at Maclean’s 11th annual Parliamentarian of the Year Awards on Nov. 5, the NDP caucus’ cheers really took the (proverbial) cake.
