Questions remain over political party data practices after recent testimony, says expert Colin Bennett

Federal Privacy Commissioner Daniel Therrien used strong terms to urge the federal government to make parties subject to privacy laws last week, noting even tech giants like Apple and Facebook recognize ‘the status quo cannot continue.’
