PPS to begin collective bargaining with security officers’ unions after labour board ruling

On Oct. 10, the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board ordered the employer to go to the bargaining table. The heads of all three unions representing security officers on the Hill are hailing the labour board’s ruling as a win, but won’t stop protest actions until it’s clear negotiations are happening in good faith.
