Finance Minister Bill Morneau on Thursday said that the government plans to review the unanimous ruling by the Federal Court of Appeal that quashes the construction approval for the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion. In a press conference in Toronto, Mr. Morneau said the Trudeau government inherited a 'flawed' review process.
