Liberal riding associations out-fundraised Conservatives three-to-one in 2016 and 2017

Liberal Electoral District Associations raised significantly more money than Conservative EDAs during those years, reports from Elections Canada show, but the Conservative fundraising advantage at the national level still puts the Tories ahead overall.
