Police drop charges against man involved in Hill security incident

Police could not qualify what type of knife was involved in the separate altercation, as the case is now before the courts.

PARLIAMENT HILL—Ottawa police on Tuesday dropped the charges against a 24-year-old man involved in a security incident on Parliament Hill, but the individual still faces a separate set of charges from an unrelated altercation on the weekend.
