AFN chiefs talk federal legislation: ‘we’re trying to be proactive,’ says Bellegarde

‘We have created significant opportunities for change, and the real work is upon us now,’ AFN national chief Perry Bellegarde told attendees May 1. ‘Let’s put our heads and hearts together and keep our circle strong.’
