Donner Prize announces finalists for best public policy books

Five books have been selected to compete for this year's Donner Prize award for best public policy book by a Canadian author, and Conservative MP Michelle Rempel will be honoured for her contributions to the LGBTQ community.

The five Donner Prize finalists: Charte canadienne et droits linguistiques: Pour en finir avec les mythes, by Frédéric Bérard; Pushing the Limits: How Schools Can Prepare Our Children Today for the Challenges of Tomorrow, by Kelly Gallagher-Mackay and Nancy Steinhauer; Governing Public-Private Partnerships, by Joshua Newman; Too Critical to Fail: How Canada Manages Threats to Critical Infrastructure, by Kevin Quigley, Ben Bisset, and Bryan Mills; and Stumbling Giants: Transforming Canada’s Banks for the Information Age, by Patricia Meredith and James L. Darroch.
