Humboldt tragedy hits home for MPs

Saskatchewan Conservative MP Kevin Waugh reflects on his time growing up in Humboldt, Sask., and meeting Brody Hinz, a Broncos stats keeper and volunteer who died in Friday's crash.
Right, as a former Saskatchewan sportscaster, Conservative MP Kevin Waugh felt a kinship with Humboldt Broncos hockey team statistician Brody Hinz and welcomed him on a visit to Parliament's Centre Block on Nov. 7. Mr. Hinz was one of 15 team members and personnel killed after the bus they were travelling in collided with a tractor-trailer on April 6 northeast of Saskatoon.
