As U.S. marches toward trade war, Canada seeks inroads in Asia, S. America

Canada is set to start formal trade talks with the South American bloc Mercosur, meanwhile it's ready to sign the revised TPP this week, as Donald Trump says he'll impose tariffs on steel and aluminum imports.
International Trade Minister François-Philippe Champagne is stressing the importance of diversifying international markets for Canadian suppliers, singling out China as representing an 'unparalleled economic opportunity for Canadian businesses, entrepreneurs, farmers, and producers.'
