Booming Canada-Wales trade leads to new diplomatic office opening in Montreal

The new Welsh office will be located in Montreal. Movements in the diplomatic corps include the arrival of the new Icelandic ambassador and the departure of Saint Kitts and Nevis' high commissioner.
