Goodale, Hussen, LeBlanc among highest spenders at government’s exclusive gift bank this year

Fourteen cabinet ministers used the Canadian Heritage gift bank in the first nine months of 2017, with Public Safety Ralph Goodale picking up the largest number of gifts and Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen spending the largest total, government documents show.
