Supreme Court hears Bruce Carson’s appeal on influence peddling conviction

Bruce Carson is seeking to have his previous acquittal restored after the Ontario Court of Appeal found him guilty in February of trying to use his influence over the former federal Aboriginal Affairs department to sign off on a deal for water filtration devices with a company, H2O Pros, which employed his then girlfriend.
