Prime Minister’s Office hires two new political staffers

Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould recently hired two new aides to work in her ministerial office.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, pictured at an announcement on National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21, alongside Assembly of First Nations National Chief Perry Bellegarde and Indigenous and Northern Affairs Minister Carolyn Bennett. Mr. Trudeau also announced that the former Langevin Block will now be known as the Office of the Prime Minister and Privy Council Office out of respect to indigenous peoples since the PMO was named after Hector-Louis Langevin, one of the architects of the Indian and Residential Schools System.
