Gould puts feds’ political financing bill on Notice Paper

Democratic Institutions Minister Karina Gould has placed her bill legislating political financing on the Notice Paper, which means it could be tabled as early as Wednesday.
The bill is expected to be centered around Karina Gould’s mandated responsibility to 'significantly enhance transparency for the public at large and media in the political fundraising system.' It will also be the first piece of legislation Ms. Gould has sponsored as a minister.
