Feds expect to roll out findings of internal review on Phoenix pay system this summer

While top department officials’ performance pay for the period leading up to Phoenix’s launch is being withheld pending the outcome of an internal review, Public Services and Procurement Deputy Minister Marie Lemay said that won’t be the case for the fiscal year that just came to a close, despite 284,000 transactions still running behind schedule.
