Trump win poses major challenges to Trudeau government, world economy

Donald Trump promises to be a game-changer and it would be naive to believe that his character and erratic and bullying behaviour will be sharply different once in the White House than it was on the campaign trail.
Overriding these concerns is the bigger risk that the Donald Trump administration could pose to the global economy. In particular, there is the real danger that he could trigger a trade war with China if he goes ahead with his contract with the American voter to immediately 'label China a currency manipulator.'
