Trump wins U.S. presidency, political Ottawa shocked, he’s a ‘wild card, an unknown’

Donald Trump won the U.S. presidency after a long, nasty, and divisive election campaign. Political Ottawa thronged to two events to watch the results Tuesday night, but, as the evening wore on, the crowds were visibly deflated.
