Monsef’s constituents say her birthplace a non-issue, as long as that’s the whole truth

Back in her hometown over the Thanksgiving long weekend, locals told The Hill Times they still see Maryam Monsef as one of the growing number of refugees who come to Peterborough looking for safety. They say where she was born doesn’t change her experiences, and want to give her the benefit of the doubt that she's being honest with them.
