McGuinty to earn extra $42,000 as head of Joint National Security Committee

The PMO named Liberal MP David McGuinty as chair of the National Security and Intelligence Committee back in January, meaning he's slated to get a big pay bump. The government hopes to get the bill that creates this committee past second reading this week.
