‘I’d like to see it fixed tomorrow,’ Foote vows to solve problem-plagued Phoenix payroll system, still can’t say when

Public Services and Procurement Minister Judy Foote is headed to Miramichi, N.B. this week to meet with the public servants working on Phoenix, the government's new and problem-plagued computerized pay system.
