Goodale to consult MPs, Senators in closed-door meeting on anti-terror law
Bill C-51 received royal assent in June of last year. The NDP voted against it but the Liberals supported it. Then-third party leader Justin Trudeau said at the time that if his party won the election, they would make amendments.
