Organizing budget day ‘like a campaign war room inside the minister’s office’

Eight budget lockups happened in Ottawa before Finance Minister Bill Morneau released the federal budget at 4 p.m. EST on Tuesday. Robert Asselin, policy director to Mr. Morneau, said it was almost like running a campaign war room inside the minister's office for the three weeks leading up to Tuesday's budget day.
