Liberals light on details for green innovation spending, opposition wants answers

Critics say there are Canadian innovators ‘lining up’ for federal support but need to see a more detailed, consistent spending plan from the government

Environment Minister Catherine McKenna was light on details when asked about how the government intends to spend a collective $300-million a year on clean technology and natural resource innovation.
