Survey shows 58.3% among government departments unsatisfied with Shared Services Canada

The embattled department will now have to balance completing the government-wide IT consolidation initiative which is already massively delayed.
Auditor General Michael Ferguson found that Shared Services Canada, which has an annual budget of more than $1.4-billion and more than 6,100 employees, is running late on implementing its major projects and lacks a clear understanding of what level of service is expected.
