Federal delegation to Paris climate talks numbered almost 300, but more than half were provincial reps

'Our concern is that our delegation was so much larger than any other delegation from around the world that I believe most Canadians will find that to be excessive, especially if it was taxpayers that paid for the travel and accommodation and meal costs,' Conservative MP Ed Fast says.
