Liberal MPs rise up food chain as parliamentary secretaries

Among the 35 parliamentary secretaries appointed by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau last week are new faces and familiar ones: star candidates from the last election as well as returning MPs who now may be a step closer to becoming ministers.
