Liberals lead other national parties in candidate nominations
Three weeks into the election campaign, parties are still scrambling to nominate candidates.
With three national political parties vying to form the next government after the Oct. 19 election, none of the four national parties has yet completed the nomination process in all 338 ridings across the country.
