House releases beefed up harassment prevention policy

House of Commons Speaker Andrew Scheer distributed the changes to MPs this week, as part of a sweeping overhaul of anti-harassment measures on Parliament Hill following the weeks-long controversy last fall over internal complaints from two female NDP MPs about alleged actions by former Liberal MPs.
