Liberal biennial policy convention starts off with a bang, ends with a bit of a whimper

The first national Liberal biennial policy convention under Justin Trudeau’s leadership ended with a bit of a whimper rather than a bang Sunday, as Mr. Trudeau barely made an appearance for the final hours and party officials moderating party resolution votes were left to say the final goodbyes on behalf of the party leadership.
