PARLIAMENT HILL—Former PMO chief of staff Nigel Wright asked his private CIBC wealth manager to transfer funds into his chequing account to cover a $90,000 bank draft he used to cover Senator Mike Duffy’s ineligible housing expenses, RCMP evidence shows.
