Feds table $5.4-billion in supplementary spending estimates

Parliament has so far approved $253.1-billion in spending in 2013-14. The most recent supplementary estimates will put spending at $259-billion for the next fiscal year. And the last set of estimates is expected in the winter. MPs have to approve spending by Dec. 10.
