With dwindling tour crowds now generating the only thing remotely close to noise on Parliament Hill after a government decision to delay Commons and Senate sittings for a month, opposition MPs predict a firestorm over Senate expenses and a mysterious $90,000 cheque at the centre of the controversy will flare up again when the pomp and circumstance of a new Parliamentary session are over on Oct. 16.
